ABWA charter chapter plans anniversary, Associate Night

CANFIELD -- Youngstown Charter Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will mark its 47th anniversary and observe Associate Night during a gathering May 21 at Tippecanoe Country Club.
The theme will be "God Bless America." Past presidents and former honorees will be recognized, and The Youngstown Connection will entertain.
A candlelight ceremony will honor members with perfect attendance. They are Gladys Luth, 38 years; Myra Mirich, 34; Jean Backman, 26; Patty Coogan and Mary Ann Rushton, 15; June Balint and Betty Mirch, eight; Mary Morell and Susan Morell, two; and Joan Morell and Marcella Sample, one.
The cocktail hour will start at 6 p.m. with dinner at 6:30. Menu selections are chicken francaise for $34 or prime rib, $38.
Patricia Mika is chairman and Marcella Sample, co-chairman.
ABWA members from the seven chapters in Mahoning and Trumbull counties are invited.
