OUT-OF-TOWN BIRTHS

Rick and Vicki (Minkler) Palmer, 1435 Peach Tree Court, Columbus, are announcing the birth of their first child, a daughter, Abigail Christine, March 27 in Columbus. The baby is a granddaughter of Bob and Nancy Minkler of Canfield and Beverly Palmer of Columbus. Her great-grandparents are Oazie Spence and Donald Oliver, both of Youngstown, and Katherine Marshall of Youngstown is her great-great-grandmother.
Announcement is being made by Daniel and Krista (Siegfried) Milford of Toledo of the birth of a son, Evan James, April 12 in Toledo. The baby is a grandson of Pam and John Brincko of Canfield, James Siegfried of Niles, Philip and Judy Milford of Vienna, and Laraine and Allen Brady of Vienna.
