Jubilee Gardens luncheon is planned

YOUNGSTOWN -- The 2002 kick-off luncheon program for the Jubilee Gardens will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at First Presbyterian Church, 201 Wick Ave.
Lunch will be provided by the Ohio State University Extension, and the speaker for the event will be Judge Theresa Dellick.
Those who are interested in participating in the Community Gardening aspect of the Jubilee Garden Project are invited to attend and should make reservations by calling the OSU Extension office at (330) 533-5538.
