ELECTRICAL SUPPLIER
YOUNGSTOWN -- Winkle Electric, a provider of electrical arts, supplies and solutions, has promoted Robert Conger to vice president of sales. Conger, a Poland resident, had been the company's sales manager. He joined Winkle in 1980.
Brian Vennetti has joined Winkle Electric as corporate controller. Vennetti, a graduate of Youngstown State University and a certified public accountant, had been a senior accountant with Hill, Barth & amp; King. He lives in Cortland.
DISTRIBUTION
MINERAL RIDGE -- Specialty Pipe & amp; Tube has promoted Linda Palm to traffic manager and has hired Lauri Gill as an inside sales representative. Palm, a Warren resident, joined the company 15 years ago and had been assistant traffic manager. Gill came to Specialty Pipe & amp; Tube from Timken Co. She has a bachelor's degree in finance from Walsh College in North Canton and lives in Alliance.

CLEVELAND -- Atty. Michael L. Wiery, a Youngstown State University graduate, has returned to the law firm of Weltman, Weinberg & amp; Reis Co., L.P.A., working in the complex collections department. Wiery has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Youngstown State University and a law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he left the firm in 2000.
TELEMARKETING
NILES -- Benjamin E. Williams has been promoted to sales manager at the MCI Call Center in Niles. Formerly sales supervisor at the center, Williams joined MCI three years ago as a sales representative in the company's Newport News, Va., office. He is a graduate of John Tyler College in Richmond, Va., and is a Marine Corps veteran.
MCI also announced these promotions, also at its Niles center: William Andamasaris, Eric B. Baun, Karen K. Skiffey, Elbert Bobo, Joseph K. Driscoll, Shannon M. Giovannone and Artel L. Hooks, all named sales supervisors; Shawn W. Smolko, Julie Elliot and Justin Frehs, named customer service supervisors; Allen J. Archambault, named Trainer I in sales; and Edward L. Ridenbaugh Jr., named Trainer I in customer service.
HEALTH CARE
Cambridge Home Health care has promoted three employees, Myrna Frantz, Belle Dawson and Jacquelyn Lemon, from home health aides to senior care specialists. Frantz, an aide for seven years, and Dawson, an aide for 15 years, are Warren residents and work in the company's Warren branch. Lemon, a Youngstown resident, is a 25-year veteran of the company and works in the Youngstown branch.
