TRUMBULL COUNTY Grand jury indictments

A Trumbull County grand jury has indicted the following:
Keith Daws, 40, Drexel N.W., Warren, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon.
Michael C. Thompson, 25, North River Road N.W., Warren, carrying a concealed weapon.
Robert A. Christie, 39, Lewis-Seifert Road, Hubbard, breaking and entering and a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing.
Christopher M. Wilcher, 23, Olive N.E., Warren, assault on a peace officer.
Terry A. Ball, 38, Comstock N.W., Warren, felonious assault and intimidation of a crime victim.
Mark P. Faber, 22, Ravenwood Drive S.E., Warren, carrying a concealed weapon.
Robert A. Gordon, 19, South Leavitt Road, Leavittsburg, a misdemeanor charge of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.
Bruce E. Clearwater Jr., 18, Parkman Road N.W., Warren, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.
Anthony Capobianco, 20, Mock Street, Hubbard, two counts of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition.
The grand jury chose not to indict these people:
Sheaunita Murray, 29, Burton Street S.E., Warren, three counts misuse of a credit card.
Powell A. Cooper Jr., 52, Burton Street S.E., Warren, forgery.
Benjamin Vass, 24, Haymaker Avenue N.W., Warren, felonious assault.
