Parents announce Antjas and Ries engagement

The engagement of Kanto Antjas, 407 S. Main St., Marion, and Chad Ries, 135 Woodglen Ave., Niles, is announced by their parents, Peter and Voula Antjas, 912 S. Prospect St., Marion, and Richard and Joan Ries, 115 Summerberry Lane, Niles.
Miss Antjas is employed by McDonald Investments in Marion. She earned a bachelor's degree in English at Ohio University in Athens.
Mr. Ries graduated with a bachelor's degree in comprehensive communications, English and speech from Kent State University. He is a teacher and coach with Niles City Schools.
Oct. 26 has been selected as the couple's wedding day. They will exchange vows during a ceremony at 2:30 p.m. at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church in Mansfield. A late-afternoon reception is planned at the Roadhouse Banquet Hall in Ontario. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and reception.
