Marye Marciella, John MacFarland are engaged

The engagement of Marye A. Marciella and John A. MacFarland, both of 7430 Becky Court, Boardman, is announced by her mother, Marye Kay Erickson, 2133 Woodgate St., Austintown.
Parents of the future groom are Alice and Roy MacFarland, 325 S. Marshall, Willows, Calif.
The bride-elect, also a daughter of David Marciella of Orwell, attended Youngstown State University and is a manager at the Youngstown Crab Co.
The prospective groom served four years with the U.S. Army and is attending YSU where he is majoring in accounting.
The couple will be married at 5 p.m. Sept. 14 at Butler Institute of American Art. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for the reception immediately afterward at The Butler.
