WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa. -- The wedding of Gloria Carol Kolling, 1390 Wakefield Drive, Hermitage, Pa., and George Thomas Pozega, 1435 Turnberry Drive, Boardman, took place at 2 p.m. March 9 at the Presbyterian Church of West Middlesex.
The Rev. James Leuenberger and the Rev. Dr. Robert McCreight officiated, and a reception followed in the church hall.
The bride is a daughter of the late Logan and Lena Belle Minner of West Middlesex, and the groom is a son of John Pozega of Powers Avenue, Girard, and the late Mary Pozega. They live in Hermitage after a honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean.
The bride's empire-style ivory chiffon gown was enhanced with lace and pearl appliques, and featured a scoop neckline and chapel train.
An indigo-colored gown with a wisteria sash was worn by Kim Stephenson, the honor attendant. Wearing deep-purple gowns were the bride's daughters, Jessica Lynn Kolling and Jenna Sue Kolling, who escorted their mother, and the groom's daughter, Allison Marie Pozega.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's father.
Also participating were Angela Sanders and Vicki Orpen.
The bride, a registered nurse in the cardiovascular laboratory at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, graduated from West Penn Hospital School of Nursing in Pittsburgh.
The groom will graduate in June with a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Youngstown State University.
