VFW 4192 Auxiliary elects officers

MINERAL RIDGE -- VFW 4192 Auxiliary met April 2 for a meeting and election of officers.
Linda Oliver presided, and the following members were chosen to lead the organization: Marsha Jewell, president; Ruth Carnes, senior vice president; Michelle Oliver, junior vice president; Jackie Reid, treasurer; Rose Csiszer, chaplain; Arlene Moore, conductress; Tammy Hall, guard; Clara Jewell, three-year trustee; and Oliver, one-year trustee.
Those appointed to positions were Patti Greene, secretary; Marcia DePizzo, patriotic instructor; and Shirley Simione, historian.
The officers will be installed at a meeting to be held at 7:30 p.m. May 7 at the post home in Mineral Ridge.
Upcoming events include the Loyalty Day parade May 4 in Ravenna and a rummage sale to be held in June.
