BOARDMAN -- St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park was the setting at 4:30 p.m. March 2 for the wedding of Katherine A. Wade and Tony L. Caruso Jr., both of 233 Lowell Ave., Youngstown.
The Rev. Richard Judy presided at the ceremony for the daughter of Donald Wade, 4098 Lanterman Road, Austintown, and the late Mary Jane Wade, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Caruso Sr. of the Lowell Avenue address.
After a reception at Willow Creek in Girard, the couple left on a wedding trip to Florida. They live at the Lowell Avenue address.
Beaded lace appliques enhanced the bride's white satin gown. It featured long sleeves and a V-neckline.
Cobalt blue gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Kelli Grimaldi of Youngstown, and the bridesmaids, Kelly Caruso of New Port Richey, Fla., the groom's sister, and M. Renee Wade of Austintown, a sister of the bride. The groom's cousin, Amanda Fisher of Lordstown, was the flower girl.
The duties of best man were performed by the bride's stepbrother, Bill Mullarkey of Youngstown, and groomsmen were Bill Tidswell of Youngstown, a cousin of the groom, and John DeJesus of Austintown. The groom's cousin, Cameron Nastasi of Youngstown, was ring bearer.
The bride is employed at Spinner's Sub Shop in Boardman
Mr. Caruso is a service technician with Phase One Security in Lowellville.
