Robert J. Shaffer of Jackson Street was shot around 4:57 p.m. Thursday in front of a home in the 700 block of Porter Avenue near the 16th Street intersection, police said.
Males arrested: Police have arrested two suspects: a 19-year-old Struthers man, who was scheduled for arraignment today in Campbell Municipal Court; and a 17-year-old Cleveland male. Police are also questioning a 19-year-old Youngstown man and 16-year-old Struthers boy.
