Teen girl and woman report rapes to police

YOUNGSTOWN -- A 15-year-old girl told police she was raped by her uncle, after he picked her up at the school bus stop Friday afternoon and agreed to drive her to a relative's home.
The 23-year-old man took her to another house where he occasionally lives, pulled the girl's clothes off and raped her, reports say. He drove her home.
The girl told her mother, who took her to St. Elizabeth Health Center and contacted police.
The uncle is a resident of a Community Corrections Association facility on Market Street, according to police reports.
Southern Boulevard: Also Saturday, a 21-year-old Southern Boulevard woman was tied up and raped after she allowed two men she knew to enter here home shortly before 1 a.m.
The men said their car broke down and they needed to use the phone, according to reports.
After making several phone calls, one of the men overpowered the woman while the other began ransacking the house. She was blindfolded and her arms tied behind her back with shoelaces, according to reports.
The two men fled after one noticed a neighbor's door open, the victim later told police. They took her car, a 1991 Ford Escort, as well as $40 from her purse and $1,000 that had been stored in a bedroom locker.
Despite being bound, the woman managed to call 911 and her boyfriend, who arrived before police.
