CAMPBELL --Living in Campbell following a honeymoon cruise to the southern Caribbean are Daniel Sferra and his bride, the former Gretchen Meschelle Goins, who were married at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 1 at Shiloh Baptist Church.
The bride is a daughter of Pamela Goins of Campbell, and the groom is a son of Mario and Gina Sferra, also of Campbell.
The Rev. Joseph Jennings Jr. officiated, and a reception took place at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard.
A strapless gown with a satin bodice trimmed with beads, pearls and sequins was worn by the bride. The tulle A-line skirt was similarly enhanced, and she completed her ensemble with a cathedral veil.
Deliana Posterli was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were the bride's sisters, Brandeis and Brooklyn Goins, and Evette Cole, Natasha Scott, Nicole McCree, Jessica Savo and Melissa Freeman. Alaysha Casey was flower girl.
The duties of best man were performed by Columbus Gore, and groomsmen were Frank and David Sferra, the groom's brothers; Lamont Byrd; Jermaine Adams; Rick Sferra; Pete Raptis; and the bride's brother, Ethan Goins. Ring bearer was Brandon Cole.
A graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in political science, the bride is employed as a branch clerk at Seven Seventeen Credit Union in Boardman. She is pursuing a master's in criminal justice at YSU.
Her husband is an electrician with IBEW Local 64.
