Family honors the Maceks on 50th anniversary

BESSEMER, Pa. -- The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Macek, 22 S. Main St., was celebrated Sept. 11 during a dinner party held at the Outback Restaurant in Boardman.
Invitations for the event were issued by the couple's sons and their daughter-in-law, Mike and Cindy Macek and Mark Macek, all of Bessemer. There are also two grandchildren in the family.
The former Rita Schmidt and Mr. Macek were united in marriage Sept. 11, 1951, in Jefferson. They are members of New Springfield Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Mrs. Macek is a homemaker. Her husband is a welder with Bessemer Cement Co.
