ACCOUNTING
YOUNGSTOWN -- Hill, Barth & amp; King LLC, certified public accountants, have admitted Keith Mitchell of Edinboro, Pa., and Mark Giallonardo of Gibsonia, Pa., as principals. Mitchell joined the firm in 1985 after graduating with a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from Thiel College. He works in the company's Meadville and Erie offices. Giallonardo joined the firm in 1999 as a manager in the tax department of its Boardman office. He has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Westminster College, a law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, and a master's degree in taxation from Villanova University School of Law. He is based in the Boardman office.
BANKING
CANFIELD -- Sky Trust, which is affiliated with Sky Bank, has opened a new trust office at 4137 Boardman-Canfield Road. John Zador, a senior vice president and trust officer, and Crystal Hudspeth, a trust officer, will be on staff there. Zador, who has 20 years of trust experience, has a bachelor's degree from Gannon University and a master's degree in finance from the University of Akron. He also graduated from the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School. Hudspeth, with 22 years of trust experience, graduated from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies, the ABA National Trust School and the Ohio Bankers Association Trust School.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Rebecca Hildack has joined the Boardman office of OfficeTeam, a staffing service, as a staffing manager. Hildack has a bachelor's degree in organizational behavior from Westminster College.
TELEMARKETING
AUSTINTOWN -- InfoCision Management Corp. has promoted Erin Shively to program supervisor in its operations department in Austintown. Shively, a Hubbard resident, has a bachelor's degree from the University of Rio Grande in Rio Grande, Ohio. She joined the company in January.
