NOVI, Mich. -- The Chestnut and Laurel rooms at the Doubletree Hotel provided the setting Sept. 15 for the wedding of Alison Marie Bush and Kevin Isaac Huff, both of 27555 Bridle Hill Drive, Farmington Hills, Mich.
The ceremony took place at 7 p.m., and the couple accepted congratulations at a reception afterward.
The bride is a daughter of Albert J. and Jolyn M. Bush, 192 Hilton Ave., Youngstown, and the groom is a son of Thomas W. Huff and Carole Leigh Hutton, also of the Bridle Hill Drive address, and Robert and Eva Mae Blonder of Las Vegas.
The couple traveled through northern Michigan before returning to their home in Farmington Hills.
The bride wore an ivory luxe-satin gown fashioned with short sleeves and a corset bodice. It was embellished with embroidery, and the box-pleated skirt extended into a cathedral train.
As the honor attendant, the bride's mother wore a taupe ensemble.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's father.
The bride, a graphic and Web designer, is the self-employed owner of LunAries Designs in Farmington Hills.
The groom graduated from ITT Technical Institute in Troy, Mich., with an associate degree and is a telecommunications specialist with Ameritech in Farmington Hills.
