COLUMBIANA -- Kelly Simons collected eight points, two aces, four kills and three blocks Tuesday as the Crestview High School volleyball team beat Columbiana, 15-10, 15-4, in the Tri-County League.
Megan Mellinger added five points and three kills while Katie Kibby had four kills and 11 spikes for the Rebels (6-7, 6-3).
Stacy McCall had 11 points while Teddi Olenick had seven points, four aces and three kills for the Clippers (8-3). Libby See made three kills.
East Palestine 16-15, Leetonia 14-4: EAST PALESTINE -- Brianne Duko led the Bears (1-10) with eight points and 26 sets. Jackie Durham had three kills.
Lisbon 15-13-17, United 6-15-15: LISBON -- Katie Tsilimos had 10 points, six aces and 12 kills while Elizabeth Gerber added two aces and 10 kills for Lisbon (10-3, 7-1). Megan Friend also had 12 points and two aces.
United is 9-4, 6-2.
Mineral Ridge 15-15, Lowellville 0-3: LOWELLVILLE -- Tiffany Hack had 13 points with six aces and five kills while Jenna Hinks collected 11 assists for the Rams (12-4, 7-0 in the Inter-County League). Sara Gerberry had seven points with an ace.
Michelle Guigos had three digs for the Rockets (1-9, 0-7).
Springfield 15-15, Western Reserve 7-11: BERLIN CENTER -- Meghan Wood had six points and seven kills while Brooke Tabaka had four points and six kills for the Tigers (11-3, 4-3). Carrie Davis also had six kills for Springfield.
For Western Reserve (3-8, 0-4), Rachel McCammon had an ace with five kills. Anna Marie Riccardi had four kills with four blocks while Jen White collected three kills and two blocks.
Hubbard 15-15, Lakeview 5-3: CORTLAND -- Katy Jo Mroski led the Eagles (14-1, 9-0 Trumbull Athletic Conference) with 11, eight digs and eight blocks.
Amy Falhamer had 14 service points, with 14 aces. Megan Taylor led the Bulldogs (8-4, 6-3) with six assists and nine digs. Heidi Kracker had five kills. Whitney Keyser had five kills and two blocks.
Brookfield 15-15, Badger 3-4: KINSMAN -- Juli Alter scored 10 points with four kills to pace the Warriors (8-5, 7-2 TAC). Jessica Zebroski had nine points and four digs. Kayla Haun had six kills.
Jenna Bush led the Braves (0-9, 0-9) with four digs. Jodi Love had two kills.
Champion 15-15, Newton Falls 3-8: NEWTON FALLS -- Michelle Canatsey had 12 points, three aces, nine kills, two blocks and three digs.
Rosie Holmes had seven points and four aces for Champion (7-4, 5-4).
For the Tigers, Jessi Garretson scored seven points and had two aces while Lora Mason had four kills.
