Grdinich 50th is celebrated at dinner party

YOUNGSTOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. John Grdinich of Youngstown were honored at a private dinner party held at their home Sept. 22 in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary.
Making arrangements for the festivity were their children and their spouses, Thomas and Kelly Grdinich of Girard; Janet Grdinich, John Grdinich Jr., and Linda and Henry York, all of Youngstown; and Deborah and Jim Yates of Austintown. Also participating were the couple's five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
The former Mary Rose Bisso and Mr. Grdinich were united in marriage Sept. 22, 1951, at St. Anthony Church.
Mr. Grdinich served with the U.S. Navy during World War II and is retired from Hill Hubbell Steel Mill.
