Longo-Spirko wedding is set for mid-October

BOARDMAN -- The engagement of Deanna Longo and Tom Spirko, both of Boardman, is being announced by their parents.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Booze of Leavittsburg, and Mr. Spirko is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Spirko of Canfield.
The couple's open ceremony will take place at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 20 at St. Charles Church, and a reception by invitation will be held at the Maronite Center in Youngstown.
Miss Longo is a student at Youngstown State University, where she is studying sociology. She also is employed at Omni West Assisted Living in Youngstown.
Her fiance is a customer-service foreman with Simon Roofing.
