U.S. Bankruptcy Judge William T. Bodoh has not ruled on whether to set a $600,000 minimum bid in the planned auction Oct. 4 of the property and building where Rulli Bros. Market operates in Boardman. A story in Saturday's editions incorrectly stated that a bid minimum had been approved by the court. Anthony and Karen Rulli, who hold majority ownership in the business, requested the minimum bid as part of their personal Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
