BOARDMAN -- The National Kiss Goodbye to Breast Cancer Campaign will begin locally from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 25 at Southern Park Mall near the main concourse. For a $4 donation, participants can choose one of six lipstick shades and kiss a Kiss Goodbye to Breast Cancer postcard that will be displayed at the mall. The event is sponsored by Avon.
Fund-raiser postponed
CAMPBELL -- The G.T. Community Empowerment Organization has postponed its banquet and fund-raiser set for Friday at Archangel Michael Greek Community Center here with guest speaker Joyce Brewer, former WFMJ-TV 21 weekend news anchor.
