New seminar, dining hall
GIRARD -- The Girard Oldtimers will be the first group to use the new seminar and dining hall at the Girard Multi-Generational Center, 443 Trumbull Ave., in the former Tod Woods School, during a meeting Thursday. A hot lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The center is a community-based facility where seniors, adults and youth may participate in educational, wellness, social and recreational programs. For information call (330) 545-6596.
Managing grief
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Catholic Charities Regional Agency is conducting a series on managing grief. Each session costs $5 and can be paid for at the door. Times and dates are as follows:
