YOUNGSTOWN -- The 7th Ward Citizens Coalition will have a candidates' forum Thursday for all people running for seats on the Youngstown Board of Education.
Voters will elect three people to four-year terms and one person to fill an unexpired two-year term.
The forum begins at 6:30 p.m. at Jackson Elementary School, 1813 Windsor Ave. Refreshments will be served.
