YOUNGSTOWN -- "Meet the Mahoning Valley," a daylong program that teaches business leaders new to the area about local issues of importance, will be offered Oct. 18.
Participants will learn about issues relevant to the Mahoning Valley and how they affect business. The seminar is open to relocated executives, professionals and their spouses. It is a program of Leadership Mahoning Valley and costs $100 per participant. The deadline for registration is Oct. 10. Leadership Mahoning Valley is an organization committed to identifying, educating and motivating community leaders to address the challenges facing the Mahoning Valley. It is a member of the National Association for Community Leadership and the Ohio Association for Community Leadership.
