Child-rearing meeting
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- A meeting for grandparents and others rearing children of their relatives is planned for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 24 at the McGill Community Center, 1701 Albert St. An aide from the office of Rep. Melissa Hart of Bradford Woods, R-4th, will talk about federal legislation. Dessert will be served, and child care will be provided.
