YOUNGSTOWN -- SNOOP Block Watch meets at 7 tonight at Jackson Elementary School, 1813 Windsor Ave. Councilman John Swierz, D-7th, will discuss neighborhood concerns in the 7th Ward.
Parking restrictions
WARREN -- "No Parking" signs will be erected on Glenwood Street, from Buena Vista Avenue to Elm Road N.E., because of construction work on Dana Street.
The city said Wednesday that Glenwood will become a temporary truck route because truck traffic will be diverted from Dana Street.
