SALEM -- The Rev. Mac Kelley solemnized the marriage of Judy Polish of Austintown and Willi Colbert of Salem during a ceremony at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 4 at First United Methodist Church of Salem.
Later the newlyweds accepted congratulations during a reception that took place at the McMahon Hall in Canfield.
Since returning from a honeymoon in Las Vegas the couple live in Austintown.
Parents of the newlyweds are James and Dolores Polish of Austintown and Roy and Gudrun Colbert of Salem.
Mrs. Colbert graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in education and from Ashland University with a master's in education. She is assistant principal at Salem Middle School in Salem City Schools.
A science teacher for Salem City Schools, Mr. Colbert earned a bachelor's degree in education from YSU and is pursuing a master's degree at AU.
A niece of the bride, Tricia Jones of Austintown, was honor attendant. Madelynn Harshman of Hanoverton, a niece of the groom, was flower girl.
Trevor Jones of Austintown, the bride's nephew, performed the duties of best man. Tom Colbert of Salem, a nephew of the groom, was an usher.
