GIRARD -- St. Rose Church was the setting at 2 p.m. Sept. 8 as marriage vows were exchanged by Nancy Elizabeth Tobin and Michael Christopher McCormick.
Mr. and Mrs. Michael Tobin of Liberty are the bride's parents, and the groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ron Barbe of Mineral Ridge and Michael McCormick of Apollo, Pa.
The Rev. Martin Susko officiated, and a reception followed at the Maronite Center, Youngstown.
After a honeymoon trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, the couple will live in Great Falls, Mont.
A chiffon ballerina-style gown was worn by the bride. It was designed with a deep V-neckline and beaded bodice, and the skirt flowed to a cathedral train.
Her sister, Cheryl Coman, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were another sister of the bride, Michelle Scavnicky; the groom's sister, Amanda McCormick; Stacey Cuetkovich; Stephanie Brown; Danielle Barrell; and Kristin Serroka. They wore navy-blue gowns.
John Gillie performed the duties of best man, and groomsmen were Joe Waterman, Travis Snyder, George Basista, Pat Bordonaro and Josh Lindenmuth. Ring bearers were Alec Coman, the bride's nephew, and Matthew McCormick, the groom's brother, and ushers were Sol Botner and Michael Williams.
Mrs. McCormick is a student at Montana State University College of Technology and is assistant manager at Claire's Boutique in Great Falls.
Her husband is an airman first class with the U.S. Air Force stationed in Great Falls.
