Family dinner held to celebrate Jeren 60th jubilee

CAMPBELL -- Mr. and Mrs. John A. Jeren, 596 Breetz Drive, were guests of honor during a family dinner Sept. 6 at the Holiday Inn South in Boardman for the celebration of their 60th wedding anniversary.
Host and hostess were the honorees' son and daughter-in-law, Atty. John A. and Margie Jeren of Poland.
The former Irene E. Struharik and Mr. Jeren exchanged marriage vows Sept. 6, 1941, at First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Jeren worked at General Electric Co. in Youngstown.
Mr. Jeren was vice president of H.L. Libby and Co. in Youngstown and retired in 1984. He is a member of the Downtown Kiwanis Club and served in the U.S. Air Force.
The couple are members of Christ Community Church.
The family includes six grandchildren.
