County Line Road, between state Route 46 and Four Mile Run Road in Austintown, will be closed Sept. 18-19 while Mahoning County Engineer's Office workers replace a culvert. Traffic will be detoured along Route 46, Mahoning Avenue, Raccoon Road and Four Mile Run Road.
