Aug. 27
Auto Theft: A 1989 Pontiac Bonneville was stolen in the 100 block of Erskine Avenue.
Auto Damage: Someone did $350 in damages to the rear and passenger door window of a vehicle in the 7000 block of Glenwood Avenue.
Arrest: Police arrested a 16-year-old Youngstown male in the 7000 block of Market Street and charged him with receiving stolen property.
Theft: Two former employees are accused of cashing two checks from Labor Ready, 4338 Market St., totaling $405 for a job that wasn't done.
Robbery: A 16 year-old Boardman male was arrested and charged with robbery at Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, in the theft of three DVDs.
Criminal Damage: A pear tree was cut in half in the 1000 Rose Hedge Court.
Forgery: Someone cashed a forged check from Maplecrest Nursing Home for $2,001 at Seven Seventeen, 7131 California Ave.
Arrest: Police arrested an 18-year-old Youngstown male in the 4000 block of Hillman Way and charged him with passing bad checks, receiving stolen property and forgery.
Theft: A women's bike was stolen in the 5000 block of Aravesta Avenue.
Theft: A woman is accused of stealing a man's diamond ring, VHS recorder, silver coins, $100 and keys in the 4000 block of Southern Boulevard.

Arrest: A 14-year-old Boardman female was arrested at the Boardman Police Department and charged with being an unruly juvenile.
Theft: A stolen check for $40 was cashed at Home Savings and Loan, 4005 Hillman Way.
Arrest: A 24 year-old Youngstown male was arrested at Cortland Bank, 8580 South Ave., and charged with passing bad checks, receiving a stolen $400 business check and forgery.
Theft: A female is accused of stealing $552 worth of merchandise at Kohl's, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: A cell phone was stolen at BW3, 7401 Market St.
Auto Theft: A 1992 GMC Sonoma was stolen in the 8000 block of Market Street.
Theft: A purse containing $200, a checkbook and license was stolen from a shopping cart at Sparkle, 4121 South Ave.
Auto Damage: Two men shattered the windshield of a vehicle on Strafford Road.

Arrest: A 21-year-old Youngstown manwas arrested in the 8000 block of South Avenue and charged with receiving stolen property, passing bad checks and forgery.
Auto Damage: Someone spray-painted the roof and windshield of a vehicle in the 30 block of Wilda Avenue.
Theft: An 18-year-old Youngstown woman was arrested at Value City, 1130 Boardman-Poland Road, and accused of stealing a $45 pair of tennis shoes.
Theft: Police arrested a 30-year-old Cortland man in the theft of $104 worth of items from J.C. Penney, 7401 Market St.
Theft: Someone stole $38 worth of miscellaneous food and drink at Grand Buffet, 7690 Market St.

Theft: Someone stole a strongbox containing $8,250 in the 100 block of Indianola Avenue.
Breaking and Entering: Someone broke into Step In Time, 1305 Boardman-Canfield Road, stole $60 and a cash register and did $100 in damages to the drywall.
Theft: Someone stole a $64 check and cashed it at Seven Seventeen, 7371 California Ave.
Criminal Damage: Someone broke into a Vindicator paper box and stole $20 in the 8000 block of Glenwood Avenue.
Theft: Someone stole 2 CD cases, 70 CDs, and three pair of jeans from a vehicle at the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.

Theft: A $200 bike was stolen in the 1000 block of Wolosyn Circle.
Theft: A man is accused of stealing $32 worth of cigarettes from Dairy Mart, 7103 Lockwood Blvd.
Theft: $720 was stolen from a register at Champs, 7401 Market St.
Auto Damage: Someone did $2,000 in damages by scratching and denting a vehicle parked on Meadow Circle.

Arrest: Police arrested a 35-year-old Youngstown man in the 7000 block of Glenwood Avenue and charged him with criminal trespass, carrying a concealed weapon and menacing by stalking.
Theft: Four diamond rings, two bracelets, earrings, two necklaces, and $300 were stolen from a home in the 300 block of West Midlothian Boulevard.
Theft: An audio box worth $200 was stolen at Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.
Theft: A cell phone was stolen in the 400 block of Boardman-Canfield Road.

Drug Paraphernalia: An 18-year-old Youngstown man was arrested on Carter Circle and charged with possession of a drug pipe and underage possession of beer.
Theft: Someone stole $150 worth of miscellaneous clothes at J.C. Penney, 7401 Market St.
Auto Theft: A man is accused of stealing a 1996 Chrysler Sebring on I-680.
Burglary: Someone broke into a home in the 400 block of Tudor Lane and stole $50, a revolver, camera and costume jewelry.

Arrest: A 21-year-old Illinois male and a 22-year-old Connecticut male were arrested at the Holiday Inn, 7410 Southern Blvd., on assault charges.
Theft: A necklace and two pendants were stolen from a home in the 7000 block of Glenwood Avenue.

Drug Paraphernalia: Two youths, ages 16 and 14, were arrested on Western Reserve Road and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sept. 1
Driving under suspension: A 19-year-old New Middletown man was arrested on Struthers Road and charged with driving while his license was suspended.
Criminal Damage/Burglary: Someone broke through a window of a home in the 2000 block of Shetland Lane and stole a credit card.
Sept. 2
Driving under suspension: A 31-year-old Youngstown woman was arrested on Coit Road and charged with driving while heer license was suspended.
Sept. 3
Burglary/Theft: Someone broke into a garage in the 6000 block of Styme Road and stole a boat motor, a wood swing and a picnic table.
