The city's control board approved these items Thursday:
A $240,120 contract to Foust Construction of Cortland, pending law department review and approval, to install sidewalks.
A change order to spend $9,845 more on the city hall parking lot renovation, increasing the final contract to $52,222.
Severance of $1,991 to Jennifer Walker, who resigned as a police clerk July 27.
Severance of $1,008 to Phyllis Baingana, who resigned as a clerk in the public works demolition office Aug. 23.
Severance of $918 to Linda Thomas, who resigned as the city's private prison monitor Aug. 17. The private prison's last inmates left in July. The prison company is trying to secure a new contract to bring in new inmates.
