Parents announce Lopez-Maiorana wedding plans

The engagement of Cassandra Lopez of Norton and Joseph S. Maiorana of Girard is announced by their parents, Robert G. and Blanche Switka of Campbell and Antonino and Vincenza Maiorana of Girard.
The bride-elect graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and graduated with distinction from Kent State University, East Liverpool Campus, with an associate degree in physical therapy assistant technology. She is a licensed physical therapist assistant at Medina General Hospital.
The future groom, a junior staff accountant with ComDoc Inc. in Uniontown, graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.
The couple will be married at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 20 at St. John Church in Campbell. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and also for a reception that evening at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown.
