VICTORIA TOYTIMOTHY SOUTH
NORTH LIMA -- Beaver Township Memorial Park was the setting at 4:30 p.m. July 28 for the wedding of Victoria Jean Toy and Timothy Lee South, both of South Point.
The Rev. Jerry Pyle, the bride's great-uncle, presided at the ceremony for the daughter of Eugene and Linda Toy, 3280 Lynn Road, Canfield, and the son of Ronald and Becky South, 11 Township Road 1266, Proctorville.
After a reception at Colonial Catering in Canfield, the couple left on a wedding trip to Delray, Fla.
They live in Waverly.
The bride's gown was enhanced with pearls and lace and featured a satin bodice. The skirt was overlaid with chiffon and flowed into a chapel train.
Gowned in pastel shades of green, yellow, pink and purple were Amanda Bateson, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Melinda and Tracey Toy, sisters of the bride, and Beth South, the groom's sister.
The groom's father served as best man, and groomsmen were the bride's brother, Nicholas Toy, and Doug Carson.
Also participating was the bride's cousin, Ashley Toy.
The bride graduated from Mahoning County Joint Vocational School and from Hocking Technical College with an associate degree in culinary arts.
The groom, a police officer with Piketon Police Department, graduated from Hocking with a police academy degree.
