CANFIELD -- The Revs. Terry Hazel and Frank Lehnerd officiated as Stacy Sheldon, 290 Aldrich Road, became the bride of Douglas Conner, 370-F Lincoln St., Hartville, at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 11 at St. Michael Church.
The daughter of Patricia Sheldon of the Aldrich Road address and Garth Sheldon, 4811 Westchester Drive, and the son of Kevin and Becky Conner, 221 Lake Pointe Circle, accepted congratulations during a reception at Antone's Banquet Centre in Boardman.
Since returning from a honeymoon to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the newlyweds live Hartville.
Mrs. Conner earned a degree in elementary education at Mount Union College in Alliance.
Mr. Conner graduated with a degree in computer engineering from the University of Akron. He is employed by Lockheed Martin in Akron.
Lace appliques and pearls accented the bride's white satin princess-style gown designed with a sweetheart neckline, full-length sleeves and cathedral train.
Honor attendant was Tiffany Pope of Erie, Pa. She wore a navy blue dress, as did the bridesmaids, Courtney Crooks of Boca Raton, Fla.; Lyndsey Conner of Canfield, the groom's sister; and Stephanie Hernan of Canfield, the bride's cousin. Makayla Durkin of Austintown was flower girl.
Joe Barney of Akron performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Don Jacobson of Canfield, Dustin Carpenter of Tallmadge and Scott Sheldon of Canfield, brother of the bride. The godson of the bride, Justin Hernan of Austintown, was ring bearer.
