X55-Plus Club of Mineral Ridge will meet to form a carpool at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Church to go to the home of Paul Jennings, Lake Milton. A casserole lunch is planned. Hostesses will be Gayle Hollowell, Barbara Lykins and June Keeley.

XCrafts and cards will be on the agenda when Brownlee Woods Seniors meet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Faith Community Church of Christ.

XCornersburg Happy Seniors will meet at 11:45 a.m. Thursday for a sit-down luncheon at the Lockwood House, Boardman. Kitty Saltsman will preside, Mary and Daniel Opincar will be greeters, Vicki Gollner will be the hostess, and Dorothy Schwers will give the blessing. Frank Aulisio will be in charge of bingo, September birthdays will be observed, and there will be door prizes and a 50/50 drawing. Doris Snyder will announce trips. Reservations or cancellations are due today.

FOREVER YOUNG
XForever Young will meet Thursday at Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church. Fellowship will be at 11 a.m. with lunch at noon. A tour of The Butler Institute of American Art, the Arms Family Museum of Local History and the Youngstown Historical Center of Industry and Labor will be at 1 p.m.
GOLDEN CIRCLE
XGolden Circle Seniors of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church will meet at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church activity center. A board meeting will be held at 10:30. Hostesses and hosts for the social hour will be Anna and John Y. Tirpack, Elizabeth and John Turjonis, and Dorothy Shirilla. Cards and board games are planned.
A bus trip to area wineries is planned in October. Those interested may sign up.
LOCAL 1331
XLocal 1331 Senior Citizens will have its first meeting of the season at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Sam Camens Center. Birthdays and anniversaries will be observed, and sandwiches and refreshments will be served. New members are welcome. Jim Minnie will preside for the meeting.

XLowellville Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Friday at Holy Rosary Educational Center for a lunch of spaghetti, meatballs, salad, cake and coffee to be served by Irma Carchedi and her committee. The cost is $3 and reservations or cancellations are to be made by Tuesday with Eileen Flora, (330) 755-0467. The guest speaker will be Lowellville Police Chief William Vance.

XBridge, 500, chess, checkers and shuffleboard will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 105 at Poland United Methodist Church.
