Columbiana Street Fair
Wednesday: 6 p.m., Main Street closed for fair setup.
Thursday: 4 p.m., Grace United Church of Christ chicken barbecue; 5 p.m., parade registration at Firestone Park pool; 5:30 p.m., midway opens, rides begin operation; 6:30 p.m., parade from Firestone Park to the square, north on Main Street to Herbster Street; 11:30 p.m., Legion cash drawing for $250.
Friday: 11 a.m., handicapped children ride amusement rides; 4 p.m., Grace Church chicken barbecue; 5 p.m., shuttle service from Firestone Park begins; 5:30 p.m., fair opens, rides begin operation; 11 p.m., last shuttle bus run to Firestone park; 11:30 p.m., Legion cash drawing for $500.
Saturday: noon, fair opens; noon to 4 p.m., kids ride amusement rides at a reduced rate; noon, Grace Church chicken barbecue; 1:30 p.m., 41st rose show, Sky Bank; 6 p.m., shuttle bus starts from Firestone Park; 9 p.m.; midnight, Legion cash drawing for $5,000; street fair closes.
