YOUNGSTOWN -- Erica Seeger of Pan Atlas Travel Service has achieved professional certification from the Institute of Certified Travel Agents. She completed a CTA course curriculum that includes communication, technology, geography, sales and service and travel industry trends.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Pauline Ackerman, who operates a Youngstown-based secretarial service company, has been accepted as a life member of Kingston's National Registry of Who's Who as a life member. Her biographical profile will be included in the company's 2002 edition and will be registered in the Library of Congress. Ackerman's business, Pauline's Place, offers legal, medical and general secretarial services, notary work and desktop publishing.
