ABWA council plans Fall Fashion Preview

LIBERTY -- The Mahoning/Trumbull County American Business Women's Association Network Council will sponsor its Fall Fashion Preview Sept. 23 at the Holiday Inn MetroPlex Centre.
Doors will open at 1 p.m. for a Chinese auction and raffles for a hope chest filled with linens and a handmade Amish quilt.
A sit-down luncheon will be served at 2:30 p.m.
Area celebrities and chapter women of the year will be models for the fashion show.
For education: The cost is $15. Proceeds will support the educational funds of each of the eight chapters and one formation chapter that are in the council.

ABWA, which marked its 50th anniversary in 1999, provides opportunities to grow personally and professionally to business women. Area chapters also award scholarships annually to help area students further their education at the college or technical level.
