Lewis C. Powell II, 42, Clearwater, Warren, felonious assault.
Devin M. Poling, 19, Washington Avenue, Niles, receiving stolen property.
Herbert W. Putnam, 46, Orchard Street, Niles, domestic violence.
Jeff Chinchic, 35, Bennett Drive, Warren, two counts of assault of a peace officer.
Ryan Higgins, 18, Howland, grand theft of a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and breaking and entering.
Eddie Winphrie, 18, Bonnie Brae, Youngstown, attempted grand theft of a motor vehicle and breaking and entering.
William Crowe, 28, Greenbriar Drive, Cortland, forgery and receiving stolen property.
Arthur L. Davis Jr., 37, Joseph Street, Youngstown, two counts receiving stolen property, and one count each of forgery and failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.
Teresa Lynn Ingle, 26, Westminister Avenue, Austintown, theft.
William J. Kline, 20, Federal Street, Warren, theft and two counts of forgery.
Michael P. Kelley, 22, Maryland Street, Warren, breaking and entering and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Matthew Robert Bohyer, 22, Perkinswood S.E., Warren, aggravated robbery and two counts of robbery.
Terry McElroy, 42, Northwest Blvd. N.W., Warren, forgery, theft and taking the identity of another.
Jason Butler, 36, Idylwild N.E., Warren, burglary and assault.
Thomas C. White, 41, Red Oak Drive, Mansfield, criminal trespass and menacing.
Tedd B. Huey, 34, North Park Avenue, Warren, eight counts of forgery and eight counts of receiving stolen property.
James Patterson, 33, Berkley, Youngstown, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.
Charles J. Williams, 27, Tod Avenue N.W., Warren, three counts of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.
