Goldberg, 56, of Liberty Township, is serving a federal prison sentence after pleading guilty to bilking clients out of million of dollars owed them from civil lawsuits.
A Mahoning County grand jury issued a 31-count indictment against him on state charges of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, forgery, theft and taking the identity of another.
