Cross St..Employment: Physical therapist with Rehab Services Inc., of Cleveland, 31/2 years.Education: Youngstown State University, bachelor's degree in physical therapy.Family: Wife, Jamie; two children.Priority: Having an active part in the decisions of the community and ensuring that city voters have a voice in city government.
PAT KEYLOR
Age: 61.Home: 308 Kingwood Drive.Employment: Gallagher Realty, Realtor since 1993. Worked in her husband's medical office for 20 years; owned a craft shop in Columbiana for eight years.Education: Newcomerstown High School graduate, 1958.Family: Husband, Dr. Hubert Keylor; five children.Priority: Keeping Columbiana a quality place to live. Controlling growth and infrastructure to maintain our quality of life.

Residents and visitors alike would benefit with links to local businesses, schools, chamber of commerce, etc.
DONALD VIGNON
Age: 60.Home: 37 Bittersweet Drive.Employment: Ruse Inc., electrical engineering manager since 1997; also worked for William K. Stametz, Fairfield Machine, L.W. Nash and Winkle Electric companies.Education: Associate degree in electrical engineering technology, Kent State University.Family: Wife, Joanne; three children.Priority: To have electric, water and sewer services to all residents in the city limits before annexing additional property and adding more businesses and residences to an already overloaded infrastructure.
