Priority: "I feel like I would be in there to do what the people want me to do. I'd like to see some growth in the town."

I was on council for 11 years until 1990 and the water and sewer lines originally started in 1979 and 1980. Completion was supposed to be in 20 years and it's been much longer than 20 years right now..."
