ALICE GRUBBS*
Age: 38.Home: 32 Vine St.Employment: Bank teller, SkyBank New Garden branch; children's entertainer, Mizhap the Clown. Leetonia Village Council since 1996.Education: Lisbon David Anderson High School graduate, 1981.Family: Two children.Priority: "Continue the numerous village projects under way. We have a good team of council and administration. We need to get the village in shape for growth, but keep the small-town atmosphere."
WILLIAM GARLOUGH*
Age: 46.Home: 310 Ridge St.Employment: Fitter and/or burner at J & amp;J Precision Fabricators since March 2001; F.A.P. Industries, 1993-2001; Fordees, 1973-92. Leetonia Village Council since 1993.Education: Leetonia High School graduate.Family: Wife, Kim; three children.Priority: "As elected officials, we need to keep working for what's best for the village and the residents. We need to keep moving forward."
DANIEL SUMMERS
Age: 51Home: 160 Lisbon St.Employment: Columbiana Buick-Oldsmobile-Cadillac, salesman, 17 years.Education: Leetonia High School graduateFamily: Wife, Beth; five children.Priority: To continue to improve the village water system, and bring new business to town. I will bring a new perspective to council.
DANIEL VALENTINE*
Age: 34.Home: 397 Columbia St.Employment: Beaver Township police officer since 1990; Salem Township constable since 1991; Leetonia councilman since July 2000; was appointed to complete term of Gary Phillips, who resigned and is now village administrator.Education: Columbiana County Career Center, firefighter and emergency medical technician training; Ohio Peace Officer Academy graduate; Leetonia High School graduate, 1985.Family: Wife, Jennifer; two children.Priority: "As chairman of the parks board, I seek to continue to improve parks, secure grants, etc., to provide excellent park facilities for our children."
