Theft: A bike was stolen from a porch in the 100 block of East Second Street.
Theft: A phone and a charger were stolen from a home in the 20 block of Crumlin Avenue.
Oct. 24
Arrest: A Youngstown man was arrested on State Street and charged with parole violation.
Arrest: A Youngstown man was charged with escape and resisting arrest at Girard Police Department.
Theft/forgery: A man stole, forged and cashed two checks at IGA, 419 State St.
Theft: A bike was stolen from a home in the 200 block of East Main Street.
Oct. 25
Theft: A Warren man stole a check for $800 from Northcoast Pools, 103 Harry St., forged it and then cashed it.
