HOWLAND -- The annual Warren Ski Club ski swap will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Avalon Inn. Good, used skis, winter clothing and equipment will be sold. Local ski shops will show new ski gear, and there will be club information, club movies, winter trip updates and explanations of year-round club activities. Equipment and clothing to be sold should be dropped off between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Avalon Inn. The public is invited to buy and sell.
School board meeting
NEWTON FALLS -- The village school district's board of education has rescheduled its Nov. 14 meeting to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 7 in room 101 at the high school, 907 Milton Blvd.
