3 to face charges of using card stolen from grandma



NILES -- Three people will return to court next week, accused of using a stolen credit card to buy more than $2,000 in merchandise from four Eastwood Mall stores.
Cassandra Lelesch, 20, of Neil Street, is charged with four misdemeanor counts of theft and four counts of forgery and one count of receiving stolen property, all felonies. She was released from jail after posting bond.
Her brother, Keith Lelesch, 20, of Youngstown-Warren Road, and Jeremy A. Davis, 19, of Mason Street, each is charged with four counts of complicity to theft, all misdemeanors.
They remain in Trumbull County Jail under $5,000 bond each.
All are due back in court Wednesday.
Cassandra Lelesch is accused of taking a Visa card that belonged to her 88-year-old grandmother.
The three are accused of using the card to charge merchandise at Kaufmann's, the Stock Room, Deb and the Shoe Department on Tuesday afternoon.
The grandmother told police she noticed her purse was missing after her granddaughter had been visiting.
