CANFIELD CITY
Oct. 14
Theft: A woman stole six packs of cigars from Giant Eagle and left in a white Ford Mustang.
Break-in: A custodian discovered a break-in at Canfield Middle School. A police K-9 search of the building was conducted, but no one was found. Windows were damaged and several offices were entered and a pay phone outside was damaged.
AUSTINTOWN
Oct. 14
Theft from auto: Nineteen lug nuts were stolen from a vehicle in the 20 block of North Four Mile Run Road.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle was spray-painted in the 300 block of Rosemont Avenue.
Burglary: A .45-caliber semiautomatic handgun was stolen from a residence in the 4000 block of New Road.
Break-in: A trailer was broken into at the dead end of Mulberry Run. Inventory was being taken.
Theft from auto: The tailgate was taken from a vehicle at Greenwood Chevrolet.
Oct. 15
Criminal damaging: Vehicles were scratched -- one in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court and another at the Gatsby, 50 Westchester Drive.
Break-in: A portable, 19-inch color television and a 32-inch color TV were stolen from Teleperformance, 100 Westchester Drive. There was no sign of forced entry.
Auto theft: A 1997 two-door Jeep Wrangler was stolen from Austintown Chrysler, 4850 Mahoning Avenue.
Theft from auto: Dealer plates were stolen from an auto at an apartment in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.
Break-in: A trailer was broken into and 12 chrome rims were stolen at B & amp;R Wholesale Tire, 116 S. Meridian Road.
Theft: Five loaves of dough were stolen from Subway, 825 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Oct. 16
Theft from auto: A window was shattered on an auto and a JVC CD player was taken at Wal-Mart.
Burglary: A burglary was reported at a residence in the 100 block of North Raccoon Road.
Oct. 17
Break-in: A-1 Driving School, 25 Idlewood Road, was broken into through a window, and a TV, VCR and copier were stolen.
Oct. 18
Theft from auto: Miscellaneous cosmetics were stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Maplecrest Drive.
Theft from vehicles: CDs and a CD player were stolen in the 2000 block of Breezewood Drive, a CD player was stolen from the 4000 block of Woodridge Drive and 30 CDs were stolen from a vehicle in the 2000 block of South Raccoon Road.
Theft: A female took tobacco products from the BP station at 3602 Mahoning Ave. and fled in a red Dodge Neon.
Theft: One hundred seventy-three gallons of diesel fuel were stolen from Pilot gas station, 1153 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Oct. 19
Criminal damaging: Pumpkins were thrown through a window of a home in the 3000 block of Chaucer Lane and through a window of a home in the 3000 block of Black Oak Lane.
Criminal damaging: Playground equipment was damaged in the 6000 block of Kirk Road.
Burglary: Inventory was being taken after a break-in at a residence in the 1000 block of Maplecrest Drive.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was damaged by a rock in the 3000 block of Black Oak Court.
Oct. 20
Criminal damaging: A passenger-side door and quarter panel were damaged on a vehicle at Mahoning Avenue and Meridian Road.
Theft: A 2002 Honda all-terrain vehicle was stolen from the 4000 block of Woodridge Drive.
Criminal damaging: Three decorative night lights were stolen from Austintown Ambulatory, 45 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Attempted break-in: A window and trim were damaged on a car in an attempted break-in at TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
