Miss McEowen, Kristofer Davis are engaged

Announcement is being made of the engagement of Jennifer Kristen McEowen, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan McEowen of Cortland, and Kristofer Keith Davis, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Davis of Warsaw, Ohio.
The bride-elect graduated from Ohio State University and Capital University Law School, both in Columbus, and is an attorney in Georgetown, Texas.
The future groom graduated from OSU with a bachelor's degree in turf grass science and is a golf-course superintendent at Cimarron Hills Country Club in Georgetown.
The couple will issue invitations for the wedding they have planned for 4:30 p.m. Feb. 9 at Poland United Methodist Church and for their evening reception at the St. Mary Assumption Social Center in Youngstown.
