Heather DelSignore, Jason McDowell to be married in mid-November

The engagement of Heather M. DelSignore, 5220 E. Calla Road, New Middletown, and Jason P. McDowell, 112 Edinburg Road, New Castle, Pa., is being announced by their parents.
The future bride is a daughter of Shelli and Rich DelSignore, 163 S. Portland Ave., Youngstown.
Mr. McDowell is a son of Carolyn Book, 40 Fifth St., Bessemer, Pa., and Paul McDowell, also of 112 Edinburg Road.
The couple will be married at 2 p.m. Nov. 17 at Mount Jackson Presbyterian Church in New Castle. A reception will follow at The Embassy in Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for both events.
A graduate of Youngstown State University with a master's degree in chemistry, Miss DelSignore is a pharmaceutical sales representative with Sankyo Pharma in Warren.
Her fiance is a craneman at DeFerco Steel in Sharon, Pa.
